The Washington State Patrol says that failing to yield the right of way was the cause of a head on collision that occurred on Wednesday, June 9th, 2021 at 4:47 pm in Pacific County at State Route 6 milepost 2 Galeys Grocery.

A 35-year-old Raymond woman driving a Black 2008 Saturn Aurora was traveling on Sr 6 eastbound and failed to yield the right of way and turned left in front of a gold 2000 Ford Ranger driven by a 20-year-old Raymond man which in turn then collided with Saturn.

Both drivers were injured in the collision and transported to Willipa Harbor Hospital.
