ABERDEEN, WA — On April 14, 2026, detectives with the Grays Harbor Drug Task Force, assisted by officers from the Aberdeen Police Department, executed a search and arrest warrant at a residence in the 700 block of West 1st Street as part of an ongoing narcotics investigation.
According to investigators, detectives conducted multiple controlled purchases of illegal drugs from two individuals operating out of the residence. The investigation resulted in the arrest of a 52-year-old Aberdeen man and a 36-year-old Aberdeen woman, both of whom face multiple counts of delivery of a controlled substance.

Following his arrest, the male suspect was transported by ambulance to a local hospital for evaluation and treatment of medical issues. During the search of the residence, detectives recovered seven firearms. Authorities say the male suspect is prohibited from possessing firearms; upon release from the hospital, he is expected to be booked into the Grays Harbor County Jail and face additional charges of unlawful possession of a firearm.
The female suspect was booked into the Grays Harbor County Jail on multiple delivery charges. While being processed, jail staff discovered she had allegedly concealed additional controlled substances, resulting in an added charge of possession of a controlled substance in a correctional facility.
In addition to the two primary suspects, two other individuals at the scene were taken into custody on outstanding felony warrants.
Officials say the coordinated operation highlights the continued efforts of the Grays Harbor Drug Task Force to disrupt illegal drug activity and hold those involved accountable. The Drug Task Force is comprised of detectives from the Hoquiam Police Department, Aberdeen Police Department, and the Grays Harbor County Sheriff’s Office.
