The Grays Harbor Sheriffs Department wants residents in the area of Stillson Rd and Elma-Hicklin Rd W  just east of Elma to be on the lookout for bones, human bones to be specific.

The Grays Harbor County Sheriff’s Office is requesting assistance from residents living in the area of Stillson Rd and Elma-Hicklin Rd. In September 2017 a citizen living in the area of Stillson Rd contacted the Grays Harbor County Sheriff’s Office reference possible human bones found on their property (GHCSO Case #17-15979). The bones were later confirmed to be adult human bones. It is believed the bones came from within the general area of Stillson Rd and were possibly brought to this property by animals who carried them from their original location. The Grays Harbor County Sheriff’s Office is requesting any citizen in the general area of Stillson Rd and Elma-Hicklin Rd W to watch for bones on their property.
