7 Injured in SR 12 and Clemons Hill Traffic Collision Tuesday

The Washington State Patrol says that 7 people were injured in a collision on state Route 12 and Clemons Road Montesano on August 10th, 2021.  They cause of the collision is listed as distracted driving; however, it does not say what the distraction was.  There were 4 children besides the driver in that vehicle.  

The causing driver a 35-year-old Aberdeen woman was driving a white 1998 Saturn traveling Westbound on 12 approaching Clemons Hill Stop light when a black 2014 GMC truck was making a legal left-hand turn to State Route 12 from the northbound side of Clemons Rd to go east on 12 as he had a green light.  The Aberdeen woman failed to stop at the stop light striking the truck. 

The driver of the GMC truck a 63 year old Seabeck woman and her passenger a 63 year old Seabeck man was both transported to Community Hospital for their injuries. 

The Aberdeen woman along with children ages 13. 11. 8. 8 were also transported to Community Hospital for their injuries.
