Not a lot of information to be shared on this incident, The Washington State Patrol says that on Tuesday night August 7th at 10:08 PM a 39-year-old Rochester man was walking in the middle of the northbound lane on Highway 101 near milepost 70 when he was struck by a northbound vehicle, a blue 1999 A6 Audi driven by a 72-year-old Seattle man. 

The pedestrian was eventually airlifted to St Peters Olympia for his injuries, no charges to the driver of the Audi as the cause of the incident was the pedestrian being in the roadway.
