State Route 105 Accident Sunday Still Under investigation

An accident on State Route 105 Sunday morning is still being investigated says the Washington State patrol Sunday afternoon.  Some who drove by the accident say they feel that this could have been caused by a medical incident though.  Even though the Washington State Patrol report does not say it, several people stopped when the accident happened and started CPR (per radio traffic). 

According to a State Patrol report, the accident occurred on Sunday, September 16th 8:36 AM. on State Route 105 milepost 34 which is 3 miles from Westport.  The involved vehicle (pictured) a red 1998 Subaru Forester 4 door driven by a 24-year-old Auburn man that was traveling northbound on 105 mp34 when it left the roadway. It came to rest on the right shoulder (per the report even though it was a field with water).

The driver was transported to Community Hospital and then airlifted to Harborview Hospital.  Per radio reports the driver was unconscious when witnesses stopped to assist and they had started CPR. 

No cause or reason has been determined as of yet says the Washington State Patrol.
