Sheriffs Department Makes Arrest In Clemons Road Burglaries

On Friday, August 9th, 2024 the Grays Harbor County Sheriffs Department posted a social media only request asking for the publics help in locating a full-size white van that had been parked on the back side of Clemons Rd just before Alder Grove, believed to be involved in some burglaries. Wednesday morning, August 15th, they made an arrest related to these burglaries.

Undersheriff Kevin Schrader said that deputies were able to identify and locate one of the suspects (identified as Dillon Clark in the county jjail register) in that case. He was taken into custody and a search warrant was served on his residence and vehicle. Several stolen items were located at the suspect's residence, along with four firearms. The suspect was a convicted felon and was not legally able to possess firearms. He was booked into the Grays Harbor County Jail for burglary and four counts of unlawful possession of a firearm.

The suspect's girlfriend (Tersia Theel according to the county jail register) who was at the residence when deputies arrived was booked into the Grays Harbor County Jail for possession of stolen property.

Deputies are still looking for the second suspect in the burglary.
