Back on September 9th, 2024, if you recall, we put out a rollover collision alert on Ocean Beach RD MP 12.5. While there never was any press release or information put out by the Grays Harbor County Sheriffs Department about this collision, we have received word from family members of the person killed in the collision, that after months that the collision occurred that an arrest has been made in the death of Donna Rose Comenout, who was ejected from the vehicle and died at the scene of the collision.

Our original Alert -
Copalis, Ocean Beach RD MP 12.5 rollover collision reported with ejection and entrapment. 4 persons were in the vehicle, including children. Taholah officer on the scene starting CPR with the ejected person. The vehicle is on its top. There are reported injuries amongst the other occupants that have gotten out of the vehicle.

Kelvin Juneau was booked into Grays Harbor County Jail on January 2nd on Vehicular Homicide charges as well as vehicular Assault, reckless endangerment charges.

This starts a road to bring closure to family members in this death that could have been prevented.
