Raymond was last seen wearing a white T-shirt, white shorts, and tennis shoes. He has a goatee style facial hair and his head is shaved bald. Raymond has tattoos on both arms and he has a missing index finger and thumb on his left hand.

Denault was upset over a personal matter when he left on foot. Family members reported that he has not been taking care of himself and is skinny with sunken in cheeks.

Family members that Raymond would most likely be in the Lewis County or Thurston County area.

He has not contacted family or friends since walking away.
