The collision occurred on Friday morning July 28th at 6:15 AM on US 101 MP 34 near Nemah Bay.  They say that the 31-year-old Rochester, WA man was traveling northbound on 101 at a high rate of speed and lost control. The motorcycle he was on a 2007 Honda CBR1000 went off the roadway and came to rest in the southbound side ditch. 

It is unknown if there was any alcohol or drugs involved, speeds too fast for conditions is cited as the cause. 

The man was airlifted to Peace Health SW Medical Center, Vancouver

 

The collision occurred on US 101 near Butte Creek Rd at 4:49 PM when the 65-year-old who was traveling northbound on US 101 on a 2006 Yamaha XVS1100 when he struck some debris lost traction and went off the roadway, coming to rest in a ditch on the northbound shoulder.

The Aberdeen man was air flighted To Tacoma General.
