Last night, September 8th, 2024 at / around 6:53 PM officers were dispatched to an assault in progress Greenwood Mobile, 15 Murray Place just outside of Elma. 

Here is what we sent out and posted to our subscribers last night and then followed up by the conclusion of the incident that gathered from our Subscriber re-player this morning. 

The initial call - Elma, officers responding to Greenwood Mobile 15 Murray Place report of a mother that returned home finding a group of juveniles beating on her son. She said she was going after the juveniles and phone was disconnected. Multiple officers responding.

When officers arrived, they found 2 juveniles that had been assaulted, not just one. Several teens had fled the scene. EMS had already been requested and later cleared the scene with no transport.

Multiple officers from both the County Sheriffs Department and Elma PD responded. Elma PD with their drone in the air, searched the area for the teens, later locating them about an hour after the start of the incident. The search area was across the large mobile home park and nearby fields and barns.

Officers took 3 teens into custody, one of the teens was reported missing runaway out of California.
